Polyester blend spunlace cleanroom wipers are designed for use in cleanrooms (ISO Class 5-8)

  • Balanced Blend for Performance and Value: The wipers are made from a blend of polyester and cellulose (typically 55% cellulose and 45% polyester), which combines the high absorbency of natural cellulose fibers with the cleanliness and strength of synthetic polyester.
  • Low-Lint and Particle Generation: The hydro-entangled process used to create the fabric eliminates the need for chemical binders, which ensures extremely low particle and fiber shedding, crucial for maintaining cleanroom integrity (ISO Class 5-8).
  • Tough and Durable: Wipes are tough, absorbent and abrasion resistant.
  • Versatile Chemical Compatibility: The poly-cellulose material is compatible with a wide variety of common solvents and cleaning solutions, allowing them to be used for a range of applications.
  • Cleanroom-Grade Packaging: The wipers are typically double-bagged and packaged in a cleanroom environment to prevent contamination before they are used in a controlled setting.
