The Dual-Luciferase Reporter (DLR) Assay System provides an efficient means of performing two reporter assays. In the DLR Assay, the activities of firefly and Renilla luciferases are measured sequentially from a single sample.

• Renilla luciferase internal control provides more accurate results
• Range extends over 7 logs; very active samples typically do not need dilution
