Description

Recombinant mouse EPHA1 (amino acids 569-end) was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag. EPHA1 is a member of the Eph family of receptor tyrosine kinases that have been implicated in mediating developmental events.
