Recombinant human FLT1 (amino acids 784-end) was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using an N-terminal GST tag. FLT1, also known as fms-like tyrosine kinase 1, is a member of the VEGFR family and is related to the oncogene ROS.
