Description

An extremely sensitive reagent for rapid quantitation of firefly luciferase. Can be used for assays in single-tube luminometers or in multiwell-plate luminometers with auto-injectors.

  • Rapid Detection of Firefly Luciferase Activity
  • Linear over eight or more orders of magnitude of enzyme concentration.
  • Sensitive to 10-20 moles of luciferase.
  • Cell lysis, sample prep and assay complete in as little as 5 minutes
