Description

Luciferase SP6 and T7 Control DNAs are used with the TNT Quick Coupled and TNT Coupled Transcription/Translation Systems. The Control DNAs contain the gene for luciferase under transcriptional control of a phage RNA polymerase promoter.

  • Functional Controls for the TnT(R) Quick Coupled and TnT(R) Coupled Transcription/Translation Systems
  • Contains luciferase gene under transcriptional control of an SP6 or T7 phage RNA polymerase promoter
  • Includes a 30-base pair poly[d(A)/d(T)] tail following the luciferase gene
  • Easy to monitor control reactions with a luciferase assay
