The MagneHis Protein Purification System provides a magnetic-based, rapid method for the purification of polyhistidine- or HQ-tagged, expressed proteins.

  • Magnetic Purification of Polyhistidine- or HQ-tagged Proteins from E. coli or Mammalian Cell Lysates
  • No centrifugation or vacuum required after cell lysis
  • Particles are compatible with a variety of common buffers
  • Binding capacity up to 1mg of polyhistidine-tagged protein per 1mL of particles
