Steady-Glo™ Luciferase Assay System is a homogeneous assay with signal half-life of over 5 hours in commonly used cell culture media. Ideal for batch processing.

  • Long-Lived Luminescence for Batch Processing in Multiwell Plates
  • Stable luminescence signal with 5-hour half-life
  • No need to remove culture medium or wash cells prior to adding assay reagent
  • Less sensitive to mixing conditions in multiwell plates. Particularly useful in 384-well plates

  • This product does not convey a license to use recombinant Renilla luciferase under U.S. Pat. No. 5,418,155 and related patents. Promega sells licensed Renilla luciferase vectors, which may be used in conjunction with this product.
