A simple, reliable, silica-resin-based method for rapid isolation of plasmid DNA on a miniprep, midiprep, maxiprep, or megaprep scale.

  • Each system is quality tested in fluorescent sequencing reactions to ensure read lengths of at least 500 base pairs with 98% accuracy
  • Proprietary silica-based resin rehydrates rapidly, allowing fast, reproducible elution of DNA using water or TE Fast, manual format allows minipreps to be completed in as little as 15 minutes, midipreps in 90 minutes, and maxi- and megapreps in three hours
  • Safe, convenient protocol eliminates the need for phenol extraction and ethanol precipitation
  • Purified DNA can be used directly in most molecular biology applications
  • Minipreps feature disposable minicolumns with Luer-Lok™ tops for attachment of a 3mL syringe (not included); larger preps use columns that require the use of a vacuum manifold (not included)
