Description

Employs a proprietary Endotoxin Removal Resin to produce purified plasmid DNA with low levels of endotoxin contamination

  • Utilizes MagneSil Paramagnetic Particles, a magnetic separation technology that allows rapid purification
  • Suitable for both midipreps (5 to 25mL of bacterial culture) and maxipreps (26 to 125mL of bacterial culture)
  • Produces DNA suitable for use in a variety of molecular biology applications, including transfection
  • Does not require phenol extractions or precipitations
  • Store at 22° to 25°C

Note: PR-A2160 and PR-A2170 do not contain the magnetic separation unit (PR-A2231); this unit must be purchased separately
