Description
Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human MCF-7 whole cell. IHC: human prostate cancer tissue, mouse kidney tissue, rat kidney tissue. ICC/IF: U87 cell. Flow: HL-60 cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
ACPP is an enzyme which catalyzes the conversion of orthophosphoric monoester to alcohol and orthophosphate. It is synthesized under androgen regulation and is secreted by the epithelial cells of the prostate gland.
