The QuantStudio 7 Pro Dx 10-Dye Spectral Calibration Kit, 384-well, IVD, contains the following:
- QuantStudio 7 Pro Dx Spectral Calibration Plate 1 (FAM, VIC, ROX, TAMRA, and SYBR dyes), 384-well, IVD (Cat. No. A52339)
- QuantStudio 7 Pro Dx Spectral Calibration Plate 2 (ABY, JUN, MUSTANG PURPLE, NED, and Cy5 dyes), 384-well, IVD (Cat. No. A52340)
This multiple-dye plate calibration kit enables simultaneous dye calibrations in single plates, significantly reducing the effort and time required for dye calibration. In addition, the formulations of the dyes in Plate 2 improve results with multiplexing by more accurately representing the fluorescent spectra of the respective probes found in your real-time PCR experiments.
