With the QuantStudio Absolute Q AutoRun Digital PCR Suite you can:

The QuantStudio Absolute Q AutoRun Digital PCR Suite uses the QuantStudio Absolute Q Digital PCR System with the Spinnaker Microplate Mover to manage loading and unloading of plates for an automated workflow. The easy-to-use Momentum Workflow Scheduler Software lets you manage AutoRun dPCR Suite multi-plate batches using the Spinnaker Microplate Mover.

Plate storage and handling
Two pre-configured plate storage and handling options are available: random access hotels and sequential access stacks.

Random access hotels offer additional flexibility for multi-user operation by accommodating the addition of plates as well as plate processing prioritization changes while a batch is already in process.

Powerful and intuitive software
QuantStudio Absolute Q dPCR software is designed to complement our intuitive workflow to save time and effort. Parameters such as plate format, optical channels, and thermal conditions can be easily modified to generate data quickly.

The clean and powerful data analysis interface provides a range of options for processing data. Whether visualizing multiplexed data or calculating concentrations across replicates, results can be exported for downstream analysis or compiled into an easy-to-read report in just a few clicks. Additionally, the software scales to your needs with multi-plate and multi-batch analysis capabilities.

Included security, auditing, and e-signature (SAE) software features support compliance with 21CFR part 11 for regulated environments.
