Description

Designed to isolate sub-populations of CD4+/CD45RO- human T cells via high affinity negative selection

The resulting column eluate is a highly enriched T cell subset population with minimal contamination of either CD45RO+ or CD8+ cells
Recovery of CD4+/45RO- cells from all available CD4+/45RO- cells loaded ranged between 13% and 26%
Purity (CD4+/45RO-) of recovered cells ranged between 93% and 96% with <1% CD4+/45RO+ cells detectable among all cells recovered
