Recombinant Human GST-UbcH8/UBE2L6 is a member of the Ub AND ISG15-conjugating (E2) enzyme family that receives Ub AND ISG15 from a Ub AND ISG15-activating (E1) enzyme and subsequently interacts with a Ub AND ISG15 ligase (E3) to conjugate Ub AND ISG15 to substrate proteins. Reaction conditions will need to be optimized for each specific application. We recommend an initial Recombinant Human GST-UbcH8/UBE2L6 concentration of 0.1-1 μM.
