(eds): IRL Press. 295. The ED50 for this effect is 0.05-0.25 ng/mL. The specific activity of Recombinant Human IL-2 is approximately 9.1 x 106 IU/mg, which is calibrated against recombinant human IL-2 WHO International Standard (NIBSC code: 86/500).
