Rabbit Recombinant Monoclonal Isotype Control

Heat-mediated antigen retrieval is recommended prior to staining, using an EDTA buffer for 10 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min. Following antigen retrieval, incubate samples with primary antibody for 30 min at room temperature.

Rabbit IgG refers to immunoglobulin G antibodies produced by rabbits in response to an antigen. These antibodies are commonly used in laboratory research as a detection tool for specific proteins, molecules, or cells. Rabbit IgG antibodies are highly specific and have a strong affinity for their target, making them ideal for use in various applications such as western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry.
