Rapid-RT MasterMix (5X) is a unique reverse transcriptase mastermix buffer that generates consistent first-strand cDNA from as little as 1 pg of starting total RNA.

The all-in-one Rapid-RT-MasterMix (5X) is a ready to use formulation for simple and reliable first-strand cDNA synthesis with the ability to remove gDNA, without affecting reverse transcription. The resulting cDNA is compatible with any number of downstream applications.
