Description
Designed to isolate and purify RNA from plant cells, plant tissues and filamentous fungi in a spin filter format. Special buffer conditions guarantee an efficient lysis of the starting material and a simultaneous inactivation of endogenous RNases. Applications include Northern Blotting, cDNA transcription, real-time RT-PCR, DDRT-PCR, array technologies, TaqMan™ analysis and many others.
