Description

RapidTaq PCR MasterMix (2X) provides rapid PCR reactions and is ready for direct loading on agarose gels.

  • RapidTaq PCR MasterMix (2X) contains a ready-to-use Taq DNA polymerase and gel loading dye in the 2X Mastermix for immediate analysis of amplified PCR products on an agarose gel.
  • Reaction times are reduced by up to 70% compared to wild-type Taq polymerase.
  • PCR reaction time for standard templates under 1 kb is reduced to ∼ 25 minutes, with an increase of 7.5 minutes for every additional kb of amplified template.
  • Rapid DNA amplification and extension rates
  • Robust performance in PCR reactions
  • Mastermix contains gel loading dye
  • Products amplified with RapidTaq PCR MasterMix are compatible with TA cloning.
  • Not included: add template, forward and reverse primers, and water to the MasterMix
