RapidTaq qPCR MasterMix (2X) contains a ready-to-use next generation Taq polymerase that is engineered for rapid extension rates and robust performance. The 2X MasterMix is convenient and reliable, providing easy set up and reproducible results.

  • Ready-to-Use mastermix
  • Increased sensitivity, yields, and processivity
  • Use with standard or fast cycles of qPCR instruments
  • qPCR products amplified using the RapidTaq DNA polymerase can be used downstream for TA cloning.
  • Reactions run at standard cycles are completed in ∼53 minutes, while reactions run at fast cycles are completed in ∼11 minutes.
