Description
The monoclonal rat IgG1, kappa is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin. Applications Reported: This eBRG1 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: This eBRG1 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes and normal human peripheral blood cells. Isotype control should be used at the same concentration as experimental antibody. Pacific Orange emits at 551 nm and is excited with the violet laser line (405 nm). Please make sure that your instrument is capable of detecting this fluorochrome. Excitation: 405 nm; Emission: 551 nm; Laser: Violet Laser.
