The monoclonal rat IgG2a, kappa is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin. Applications Reported: This rat IgG2a isotype control has been reported for use in immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: This rat IgG2a isotype control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes and human peripheral blood. This can be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody. Excitation: 633-647 nm; Emission: 668 nm; Laser: Red Laser.

Rat IgG2a is an immunoglobulin subclass that is commonly used in research and diagnostic applications. It is produced by the rat immune system and is known for its ability to activate complement and mediate antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC).
