The monoclonal rat IgG2a kappa is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin. Applications Reported: This eBR2a antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: This eBR2a antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes and normal human peripheral blood cells and should be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody. Excitation: 633-647 nm; Emission: 660 nm; Laser: Red Laser. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered.
