Description: The monoclonal rat IgG2a, kappa is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin. Applications Reported: This rat IgG2a isotype control has been reported for use in immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: The FITC conjugated rat IgG2a isotype control is offered in 2 formats: - μg size: This rat IgG2a isotype control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. This can be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody. - test size: has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells and can be used at 5 μL for the catalog number ending in -41 or -42 and 20μL/test for the product ending in -73 per test. Each test size contains 0.5 μg. Excitation: 488 nm; Emission: 520 nm; Laser: Blue Laser. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered.
