Description: The rat IgG2b, kappa monoclonal antibody is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin. Applications Reported: This rat IgG2b, kappa, isotype control has been reported for use as a control for immunofluorescent staining, flow cytometric analysis, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry. Applications Tested: This rat IgG2b, kappa, isotype control has been tested by immunofluorescent staining and flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocyte suspensions and can be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody. Excitation: 488 nm; Emission: 520 nm; Laser: Blue Laser. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered.
