Rat Monoclonal Isotype Control

The rat IgG2b monoclonal antibody is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin. Applications Reported: PE-Cy5.5 Rat IgG2b Isotype Control has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: Rat IgG2b K Isotype Control PE-Cy5.5 has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes and human peripheral blood cells. This should be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody. Excitation: 488-561 nm; Emission: 695 nm; Laser: Blue Laser, Green Laser, Yellow-Green Laser.
