Extensive quality control produces industry leading bioactivity and lot-to-lot consistency that instills confidence in results and ensures reproducibility.

Recombinant human USP24 is a Ubiquitin-specific deconjugating enzyme. Reaction conditions will need to be optimized for each specific application. We recommend an initial USP24 concentration of 10-100 nM when using Ubiquitin-AMC or Ubiquitin-Rhodamine 110 substrates.
