Extensive quality control produces industry leading bioactivity and lot-to-lot consistency that instills confidence in results and ensures reproducibility. Applications: Enzyme Activity

Recombinant Human UBE2I/Ubc9 is a member of the SUMO-conjugating (E2) enzyme family that receives SUMO from a SUMO-activating (E1) enzyme and subsequently conjugates SUMO to substrate proteins. A SUMO ligase (E3) is sometimes utilized for SUMO conjugation, but is not always required. Reaction conditions will need to be optimized for each specific application. We recommend an initial Recombinant Human UBE2I/Ubc9 concentration of 0.1-1 μM.
