Biological Activity Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When Recombinant Human VEGF R2/KDR/Flk-1 Fc Chimera is immobilized at 0.5μg/mL (100μL/well), the concentration of Recombinant Human VEGF-Ax that produces 50% of the optimal binding response is approximately 1-6ng/mL.
