Measured in a competitive binding assay. When rmICOS/Fc Chimera (Catalog # 168-CS) is immobilized at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well), rmB7-H2 inhibits 50% binding of biotinylated rhB7-H2/Fc Chimera (2.5 ng/mL) at the concentration range of 80-120 ng/mL.
