This Refracting Telescope Kit allows students to repeat Galileo's ground-breaking work, by constructing 16X refracting telescope. Along the way, students will be able to identify the elements of a simple refracting telescope, learn how lenses work, and be able to measure telescope magnification. No expensive optical benches or materials are required.
