Store vial at -20°C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography. Anti-RFX5 (C-terminal specific) may react with a minor band at 68 kDa which may represent an RFX5 breakdown product or unmodified RFX5.

Substrate of the antigen receptor-coupled tyrosine kinase. Plays a role in antigen receptor signaling for both clonal expansion and deletion in lymphoid cells. Directly associates with HAX-1, through binding to its C-terminal region. May also be involved in the regulation of gene expression.
