The MA5-15683 immunogen is purified recombinant fragment of human RICTOR expressed in E. Coli. MA5-15683 detects RICTOR which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 192kDa.

RICTOR and MTOR (FRAP1) are components of a protein complex that integrates nutrient- and growth factor-derived signals to regulate cell growth.
