Description

A C-terminal truncated version of the E.coli RNase R. This truncated enzyme exhibits higher specific activity compared to the full length enzyme.

  • It is a 3-5' exoribonuclease that efficiently digests linear RNA molecules, leaving lariat, circular and double-stranded RNAs with short (<7 nt) 3' overhangs intact.
