Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: MCF-7 Cell, HELA Cell, K562 Cell, JURKAT Cell, SW620 Cell, RAJI Cell, A431 whole cell, MCF-7 whole cell, HELA whole cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

RPS6KA1 (RSK1) is a growth-factor regulated serine/threonine kinase that is involved in the MAPK cascade. It is thought to control cellular proliferation and differentiation through the phosphorylation of transcription factors. RPS6KA1 contains 2 nonidentical kinase catalytic domains and phosphorylates various substrates, including members of the mitogen-activated kinase (MAPK) signalling pathway. The activity of this protein has been implicated in controlling cell growth and differentiation. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized.
