CD18 (Integrin β2) Monoclonal Antibody Specifically detects CD18 (Integrin β2) in Rat Samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.

The WT.3 monoclonal antibody specifically recognizes the 95-100 kDa β2 subunit (CD18), which forms heterodimers with CD11 α integrin subunits (CD11a or αL, CD11b or αM, CD11c or αX) to create LFA-1, Mac-1, and gp150, 95. This antibody has demonstrated function-blocking activity in in vitro assays measuring LFA-1 binding to ICAM-1 (CD54) and has been reported to inhibit leukocyte infiltration in an in vivo system. The BD Horizon RealYellow 655 (RY655) Dye is a yellow-green tandem fluorochrome with an excitation maximum at 557 nm and an emission maximum at 654 nm. RY655 can be used on both spectral and conventional cytometers and is designed for excitation by the Yellow-Green laser (561-nm).
