Invitrogen™ S100 Monoclonal Antibody (4C4.9)

Description
This antibody stains S100 in Schwannomas, ependymomas, astrogliomas, almost all benign and malignant melanomas and their metastases. Immunostaining of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues require no special pretreatment. Use at a dilution of 1:50-1:100 for 30 minutes at room temperature. A suggested positive control for this product is melanoma.
