The MyBioSource SARM ELISA Kit is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of SARM in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich ELISA to assay SARM levels. It has a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/ml SARM. The sensitivity of this assay is < 0.094 ng/ml. The assay takes around 2 hours to complete. This ELISA kit shows no cross-reactivity with other cytokines. It includes a micro ELISA plate, standard, antibody, HRP-conjugate, TMB substrate, wash buffer and other reagents and materials needed to run the ELISA.
