Offers maximum flexibility in preparation of reaction mixes. MP Biomedicals Set of 4 dNTPs (100mm) includes four separate vials of highly purified sodium salts of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP. These solutions achieve sensitive and consistent PCR results.

This product allows the addition of each dNTP to be altered as required for specific experiments, such as:

  • When adding a radioactive nucleotide for labeling by PCR
  • To increase the chance of non-specific mutations
  • In PCR, real-time PCR, cDNA synthesis and DNA sequencing
