Description
- Also known as: OTP; IFNT1; IFNT3; IFNT4; IFNT7; IFNT8; IFNT9; TP-07; TP-08; TP-010; IFN-tau-3; IFN-tau-7; IFN-tau-8; IFN-tau-9
- TP-1 belongs to the alpha/beta interferon family.
- It is primarily responsible for the maternal recognition of pregnancy.
- TP-1 interacts with endometrial receptors, probably type I interferon receptors, and blocks estrogen receptor expression, preventing the estrogen-induced increase in oxytocin receptor expression in the endometrium.
- It is constitutively and exclusively expressed in the mononuclear cells of the extraembryonic trophectoderm.
- The insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
- For reasearch use only. Not for use in humans.
