Invitrogen™ SIRT6 Monoclonal Antibody (2G1H1)
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Supplier: Invitrogen™ MA1214
Description
MA1-214 SIRT6 antibody detects SIRT6 by western blot and immunofluroescence. MA1-214 SIRT6 antibody detects SIRT6 by western blot at ~42kDa.
Sirtuins regulate epigenetic gene silencing. SIRT6 (Mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase sirtuin-6), a mouse Sir2 homolog, is a chromatin-associated nuclear ADP-ribosyltransferase protein. It appears to be involved in DNA repair and may also play a role in human aging.
