Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human 293T whole cell, human HepG2 whole cell. IHC: human lung cancer tissue, mouse lung tissue, rat lung tissue. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. SLC34A2 encodes a protein that is a pH-sensitive sodium-dependent phosphate transporter. Phosphate uptake is increased at lower pH. Defects in this gene are a cause of pulmonary alveolar microlithiasis. Three transcript variants encoding two different isoforms have been found for this gene.
