Invitrogen™ Super AquaBlue ELISA Substrate
Description
- Highly sensitive and extremely stable (18 months at room temperature or 24 months at 4°C).
- Engineered for convenience as a single component (no additional H2O2 or other components are necessary)
- Suitable for endpoint reactions, but is also ideal for kinetic assays; stopping the reaction with acid stop solution does not change the color or absorption properties of the blue-green end product

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
TMB is a faster developing, stronger substrate that yields greater amplification/sensitivity/background. The use of an acid stop solution produces a yellow end product read at 450nm. Super AquaBlue is a slower developing blue/green substrate particularly useful for kinetic studies.
