The SuperScript™ IV CellsDirect Lysis Reagents kit includes lysis solution, stop solution, and lysis enhancer. These reagents are part of the SuperScript™ IV CellsDirect cDNA Synthesis Kit and are made available separately here for use when processing a large number of samples. See the SuperScript™ IV CellsDirect cDNA Synthesis Kit manual for protocol recommendations.
