ATCC ATCC SW10 Schwann cell line (CRL-2766), mouse, adherent, temperature-sensitive
Supplier: ATCC CRL2766
SW10 is a mouse Schwann cell line supplied by ATCC. The line is temperature-sensitive and can be cultured at a permissive temperature (33°C) for proliferation or at a restrictive temperature (37°C) for nonproliferative conditions. It is an adherent neuronal Schwann cell line suitable for in vitro studies of Schwann cell biology and nerve physiology.
