Antibody Pack

The Human T Cell Exhaustion Marker (Flow-Directly Conjugated) Antibody Sampler Pack contains antibodies to detect expression of inhibitory receptors associated with T cell exhaustion. T cells co-expressing these inhibitory receptors are found during chronic viral infection and within the TME of many solid tumors. Anti-PD-1 is directly conjugated to PE, while anti- CTLA-4, TIGIT, TIM-3, VISTA/B7-H5/PD-1H and LAG-3 are directly conjugated to APC. This pack contains 6 full sized vials of directly conjugated primary antibody. It will allow the user to determine the co-expression of emerging checkpoint targets like LAG-3, TIM-3, TIGIT, and VISTA with the established checkpoint target, PD-1 using flow cytometry. All antibodies have been validted for use in flow cytometry applications.
