The Take3 microvolume plate increases the functionality of your microplate reader by decreasing the required sample size down to a 2 μL volume. Each plate is compatible with the Cytation, Synergy, and Epoch readers for microvolume absorbance and fluorescence quantification.

Microvolume quantification is fast and easy by measuring multiple 2 µL samples at the same time, without diluting and without the need for specialized equipment. Preprogrammed nucleic acid and protein protocols in the Take3 app bring confidence in your quantification data.

- It takes only 2 µL of undiluted sample to get rapid results with the Take3 plate. Take3 plates are compatible with most Agilent BioTek multimode readers, imaging multimode readers, and microplate spectrophotometers.
- Easy to clean and add more samples
- Take3 plates are so easy to clean – simply wipe samples off after measurement with a laboratory wipe.
- Read 2 µL microspots, BioCells, or standard cuvettes
- Along with 16 microspots, the Take3 plate can accept a standard 1 cm cuvette or 2 patented BioCells for rapid 1 cm measurements in an Agilent BioTek microplate spectrophotometer.

- Preprogrammed protocols in the Take3 app for dsDNA, ssDNA, RNA, and protein (BSA, IgG, lysozyme) measurement make getting direct quantitative results quick and easy. Rapid visual results are output in convenient tab delimited .txt formats.
