Invitrogen™ TBP Monoclonal Antibody (3TF1-3G3)

Description
MA3-080 detects TATA-Binding Protein from human, mouse, canine, and non-human primate samples. TBP (human) has an approximate molecular weight of 38kDa, while other species' isoforms can range from 35-36kDa. MA3-080 has been successfully used in Western blot and immunofluorescence applications. The immunogen for MA3-080 is recombinant full length human TBP. Epitope mapping showed that it recognizes the first 18aa.
