Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

TCR1730 targets TCR V delta 1 in FACS, IHC (F), and TCA applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The TCR1730 immunogen is human TCR V delta 1.

The T Cell Receptor gamma-delta (TCR gamma delta) is a heterodimeric membrane receptor that consists of the highly variable gamma and delta chains expressed as part of a complex with the invariant CD3 proteins. Gamma-delta T cells are less frequent than alpha-beta T cells but compose a substantial part of T cells found at epithelial borders including the gut mucosa resident intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL). The antigenic stimuli required for gamma-delta T cell receptor activation are not well understood and are thought to be mainly MHC class-independent.
